Former Indian Captain MS Dhoni Announces Retirement From International Cricket .The 39 Year old took to Instagram to share a video showing pictures from different parts of his career. He wrote " Thanks...Thanks a lot for ur love and Support throughout from 1929 hrs consider me as retired".
Speculations were rife over his future for more than a year now and the recent turn of events only fuelled the fire. MS Dhoni took an indefinite sabbatical from the game right after the World Cup ended in July last year and has not played a single game since then.
MS Dhoni is the most decorated captain and wicketkeeper-batsman in the history of Indian cricket. He is also one of the all-time greats when it comes to captaincy and wicketkeeper-batsman.
With the bat Dhoni scored more than 10,000 in ODI ,over 5000 runs in Test Match and over 1600 in T20s. As a captain he led to glory in T20 World Cup, 2011 World Cup and Champian Trophy 2013.Under his Captaincy India Reached Word Number 1 in Test.
